"Hang Out Nude.com" referred to in this Terms of Use Document refers to any domain that points to hangoutnude.com.

By completing the registration process and clicking the checkbox labeled "I Agree To The Terms of Use Agreement", you declare that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by the Agreement.  You agree this is a private site, not public.  Hang Out Nude.com has the right to reject or terminate any account as the need may be. 

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process, including but not limited to the Contact Information form; and to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, working e-mail address, complete with a main identifiable photo. You agree that photos uploaded solely belong to you and you have all rights to use the photo. Uploading photos that do not belong to you will result in account suspension. Only one account per member is allowed.  Duplicate accounts will be suspended or deleted.  All new accounts are reviewed for content before becoming active on the site.  The approval process may take between 24-72 hours.  Accounts not activated by this time may contact the webmaster at webmaster@hangoutnude.com.  Accounts not activated within seven days are automatically removed.

If any information provided by you is found to be untrue, inaccurate, non-current or incomplete, Hang Out Nude.com has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Hang Out Nude.com Service.  Any sexual photo, not limited to indecent photo of ones anatomy, may be deleted and result in deletion of the account. Sexual photos, anatomy close ups, sexual/graphic profile text, erections, self pleasure, fondling, child harm/pornography, self torture, back-end sexual poses, photos depicting minors, and harm to any being will result in account suspension, content removal, or immediate deletion. The removal of content or arrangement including but not limited to profile photos, text, or links is at the sole discretion of the webmaster.  Member's negative verbiage made toward HangOutNude.com or the owners for one's account will be deactivated at the discretion of HangOutNude.com.

You must be 18 years old or older to use Hang Out Nude.com and/or any of its programs, services, and/or other companies including Hang Out Nude.com and any of its services.

Hang Out Nude.com reserves the right to cancel any membership without prior notice and/or access without prior notice of any User, Member, and/or Guest, who does not comply with these and all rules.  Site Access Pass/Fees/Contributions are non-refundable and final.  The purchase of a Site Access Pass/Fee/Contributions is at the sole discretion of the user and does not guarantee continued and uninterrupted service.  Accounts deleted by the member or at the discretion of Hang Out Nude.com before the expiration date are not entitled to a full or partial refund.    Any profile not verifiable by the main photo and account description posted may be subject to deletion. This site requires a main photo that is identifiably of ones self.  Failure to provide a identifiably photo may result in account suspension or immediate account termination.  Member accounts not accessed by the user within a 9 month period will be removed from the site and be deemed abandoned. Hang Out Nude.com is not obligated to monitor profiles, but in the event, profiles will be removed or not approved for one of the following, not limited to Sexual Suggestive Photo, Sexual Suggestive User Name, Sexual Suggestive Language In Profile, Sexual Suggestive Sent Messages, Chat/Messenger Abuse, Photo Upload Didn't Work (No Thumbnail Was Generated), Photo Is Not Identifiable, Gender Does Not Match Photo, Age Does Not Match Photo.

Hang Out Nude.com is not responsible for any misuse of information or material provided. Hang Out Nude.com is not obligated to monitor, verify or review any information provided nor does it monitor transmissions for quality or content. Hang Out Nude.com may monitor the contents in its services but is not obligated to do so.  

Hang Out Nude.com's messaging service including e-mail and chat servers do not guarantee that messages will be sent.  E-mail authorization messages for account application, messages sent thru the site, or messages sent from the site may not reach the intended individual based on the recipients e-mail/chat regulations and guidelines sent forth by the user's spam software, firewall, e-mail configuration, or ISP e-mail rules.  Hang Out Nude.com is not responsible for message delivery.

Hang Out Nude.com reserves the right to use any materials or information you provide to it or that it obtains through your use of the Site, Software, Service, offline Sites and/or any other Partner, affiliate, or any company, service, system, software, or any other means, owned by, related to and/or partner of Hang out Nude.com, to the fullest extent permitted by law.  It is prohibited to save any photos posted to the site for personal or commercial use.  You are responsible for your photos and agree that any electronic form of media including photos are posted at your own risk of loss or redistribution by third parties not affiliated to Hang Out Nude.com.  We will not redistribute email addresses that have been provided to Hang Out Nude.com that are free of site viruses or third party malicious conduct.

Hang Out Nude.com reserves the right to delete any photo posted to the site without notice and explanation.   Any photograph deemed as child pornography will be deleted and the member who submitted the picture will be turned into the proper authorities for investigation.  Messages sent thru Hang Out Nude.com are monitored and archived.  Any message/text/posting that is deemed as harmful or sexual toward or about any underage person will be turned over to the proper authorities for investigation.  Sexual predators are not tolerated.  Messages, text posted, or profile posting sent thru HangOutNude.com posted to one's profile or postings that is for enlistment purposes, third party links including html, and advertisement is forbidden.  Bulk Messaging/Chat, Spamming, Advertising, Harassing Chat, or Harassing Messages sent thru HangOutNude.com is forbidden.

By adding a nudist event, club, establishment, travel plans or service, you become solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you are submitting.  Your Hang Out Nude.com profile will also be attached to this event as the planner and scheduler/owner, organizer.  If this event is canceled, please give adequate time to inform members.  Scheduled events can not be cancelled within 24 hours of the event.  If it is necessary to cancel an event after the twelve hour limit, it is your responsibility to inform invited members of the cancellation.  Hang Out Nude.com will not be held responsible for any information or scheduled event planned thru this website or the satisfaction of an attended event.  Members attending nudist events, establishments, clubs, other's travel plans or posted services are advised to research the event and accuracy of the data submitted.  Members attending any Hang Out Nude.com posted event, establishment, club, other's posted travel plans or service do solely at their own risk and safety.
